Practice Night
Wednesday nights 7pm - 7:45 pm
Meditation instruction is offered on a drop in basis at 6:30 pm

Join us each Wednesday night for Practice Night, our shortest meditation offering. Dedicated to supporting the basic view and practice of sitting meditation, practice night consists of two twenty minute sessions of sitting divided by one five minute session of walking meditation. This is followed by a short reading from Comfortable with Uncertainty by Pema Chodron, and a brief discussion.
The goal of practice night is to provide a support for shamatha (mindfulness meditation) and an environment to explore the view of meditation in everyday terms. All are welcome!
